Air of uncertainty as pollutions levels spiral upwards in India

Vehicle owners in India are expected to cross 400 million by 2040. Even today an estimated 1.5 million people die annually in India due to indoor and outdoor air pollution. At this rate, Delhi may be one of the world’s most polluted cities. Imagine the impact of all this, more so, when there is a fivefold increase in poisonous gases emitted by cars and trucks.
